German WWII Knights Cross to the Iron Cross.
An excellent example of a Steinhauer & Luck A type 800 Silver Stamped Knights Cross to the Iron Cross. One of the highest and most iconic awards of the Third Reich, which all collectors strive to have in their collection. All of the details compare identically with all of the parameters needed today to identify individual knights Cross, not only for their authenticity but for their different manufacturers and models within that same manufacturer. The weight is within the average of 30gms and all sizes are identical. Good high Swastika, standard magnetic centre, beautifully condition to the silver. As mentioned marked 800 to both medal and loop, please see photographs. Complete with its section of unused original water fleck ribbon, which obviously has been tested and does not glow under UV light. A superb example of a near mint conditioned award which are avidly collected and prized within the collecting world.
