Beautiful conditioned large Document indeed dated Jan 12th 1941, to top corner a bold hand ink signature of King George VI, the Document is given at saint James palace to Arthur Edwards Yepps esquire , to be consul to New Orleans (the United States of America) Also mentioning his high Bravery Military Cross award ! , the document bearing a large royal embossed imprint stamp and royal watermarks with GvR and Kings crown , this document was signed on January 12TH 1941 during the famous Blitz of London, the united states of America had not yet entered the war but was soon involved and entered on December 1941. Counter signed to the bottom by Antony Eden (British foreign secretary.
