VERY RARE HAND SIGNED DOCUMENT BY SS OBERGRUPPEN FUHRER REINHARD HEYDRICH

Very Rare Hand Signed Document by SS- Obergruppenfuhrer Reinhard Heydrich to General major der Polizei Heinrich Müller, this confirmation letter from January 1941 confirms the privileges to Müller within the SD (Gestapo) of the Berlin District. Interesting historical letter with a rare hand signature of Heydrich to the bottom. His signature is very rare to find as he did not appear to sign many documents as he died early on in during WW2. Reinhard Heydrich was one of the most feared men within the Third Reich, Adolf Hitler called him "The Man with the Iron Heart". Heydrich was the Deputy Protector of Bohemia and Moravia and rose to the SS rank of SS- Obergruppen fuhrer before he died from blood poisoning after an assassination attempt on him by Czech and Slovak agents as part of the S.O.E (Special Operations Executive) on 4th June 1942. Heydrich was greatly responsible for many of the atrocities carried out against civilians and military targets in occupied Europe, especially in Czechoslovakia, gaining the nicknames "The Butcher of Prague". The hangman, the blond beast, Himmler’s evil genius and the man with the lion heart. Heydrich was the creator and overseer for the final solution (the Jewish Question).
