RARE KING GEORGE V SIGNED MILITIARY CITATION COUNTERSIGNED BY PRINCE EDWARD DATED 5TH JUNE 1926

A fine and original hard to find Military Citation signed by King George V King of England, Ireland Scotland and Wales and countersigned by Prince Edward. Dated 5th June 1926. King George VI 1865-1936, and countersigned by Prince Edward who later became the King who never was, as he abdicated before his coronation to marry the divorced Wallis Simpson. The document is Awarding Major George Fredrick Joseph Paterson (MC) Military Cross Holder. The document is in two-fold folio. King George V Ink signature to left hand corner to top, bold and crisp. Prince Edward signed large bold ink signature to bottom right hand corner as Grand Master. Excellent condition with strong signatures to both, no tears
