ORIGINAL BRITISH HEAVY CAST IRON VICTORIAN STREET SIGN POUND ST.
A wonderful unique British street sign POUND ST. The sign dates from the Victorian era, made of cast iron, it originally come from a small village from the outskirts of London, England, now the street falls within the London Metropolitan area. Embossed lettering and original paint finishing throughout, with raised boarders, four pre drilled holes for wall attachment. I have not attempted to restore the sign and have left it untouched, would look great restored to its former glory. The original name Pound name originates from the weights and measures that we use within the UK and USA. It is also the name of our British Sterling currency. This would look fantastic in a themed bar/restaurant or even within the garden or outside wall, or even a man/woman cave for maybe a person who has prospered well in their life.
