WONDERFUL WWII GERMAN NSDAP QUALITY STANDARD FLAG.

A wonderful and very impressive quality large German WWII NSDAP Standard Flag. Red cotton field with separately applied white circle and black Swastika with silver bullion to border to three sides of the standard, the fourth side has two pole clips to the top and bottom edge of the standard, there would have been several more but these are now missing. Black silk corner box with silver bullion border with unit title which is embroidered in white thread. BETRIEBSZELLE F.A. KUMPERS WERK IBBENBURENER STRASE RHEINE. A few minor age marks but overall, this NSDAP standard is in fine condition. The NSBO organisation was established in 1928 after the founding of the DAF in 1933 and the NSBO became less relevant and by 1935 had almost disappeared. The company of the F.A. Kumpers was a large and well-established company specialising in the manufacture of cotton, the company can trace its history back to the 19th century, As F.A. Kumpers was one of the leading cotton manufacturers in Germany at the time it is more than likely that they produced this flag themselves especially as it is very high quality and better than most of these, apparently the company is still in business today. Comes with photocopy of an old photo of the original building. Excellent condition
