AN EXCELLENT CONDITION GERMAN WWII M40 STEEL HELMET

An excellent conditioned! German WWII M40 Steel Helmet, virtually all of its original paint remains as you can see from the photos. The army decal is in super condition apart from the very tip at the top, apart from this the decal is complete and in fine condition. the army decal through the ages has turned gold, not to be confused with the Kreigsmarine issue decal. The interior liner is complete without damage and comes with the 8 tongues finishing and draw string, liner is in superb overall condition. Stamp marked 57 sizes. The helmet has its original chinstrap dated 1941 and makers impressed stamp mark, please see photos, the original zinc liner band intact. The skull has a very slight depression to the top.
