US STATE GUARD 1912 SUMMER UNIFORM SET PRE WWI

A super Original pre–WWI US State Guard 1912 Era Massachusetts Uniform being in the lightweight fabric finishing. The set comprises of Tunic and trousers in matching fabric and shade, along with a woollen knitted tank top. There, are all the correct MSG cotton woven 20 insignias to the collars, Corporal Ranks applied to the arm, matching Massachusetts State buttons throughout, with the Latin wording translates to by the sword we seek peace. Various stamp marks to the inside of the tunic. All in all, a very nice complete set, which is well over 100 years old. This uniform set is Pre-WWI. medium to large. Condition: The condition of the tunic is very good, the trousers to the reverse has a tear to the leg which can be repaired and some staining to the bottom of one of the legs.
