RARE WWII STITCHED PANELS AND PRINTED 48 STARS AMERICAN FLAG

An original Stitched and Printed Stars which are sewn on WWII 48 Star American Flag Pearl Harbour connection! I purchased this many years ago at a militaria fare in the US, the story goes from the dealer, who was a much respected dealer of the period said that this flag came from a sailor who was based at one of the barracks on Oahu beach, Hawaii, who used it as a wall display on the barracks/mess room and who was present on the day of the attack which took place on December 7th 1941, he showed me credentials to verify the story, which seemed to me genuine. I have had this is in my collection for many years but, now time to pass on. The flag is of the smaller size and has still got vivid colours and is made from a sack like material finishing, 48 stars. Has stamp marks which are faded 1 ½ American. Would display very well framed. size 4ft 3 x 2ft
