GERMAN WWII 1940 DATED GREATCOAT.

Original German WWII dated 1940, Blitzkrieg Battle of France, Retreat from Dunkirk. WWII Standard armed forces enlisted ranks German Greatcoat, standard configuration two angled pockets with flaps, deep turned back cuffs, false belt on the reverse side, loops for shoulder broads, the upper part of the coat is fully lined in the common encountered heavy twill grey material. An array of compliment of markings which include the Markers mark plus service stampings with the designation M40 Munich Depot 1940. Some thinness and light staining around the collar due to service wear, moth nips throughout, one stich repair to the lefthand sleeve. This has been through the wars and shows heavy usage, please read with description above and view photos to judge for yourself.
