WWI Hudson Trench Whistle 1914 with leather strap. Totally original WWI British Trench Whistle dated 1914 made by J. Hudson & Co Birmingham, in very good condition please see photos to make up your own mind. Comes with its original leather strap which is broken i did not take the photos of the other piece of strap but it is included. free from dents. A wonderful piece of Military WWI British history, the whistles were used to signal an attack on the enemy in which the British Soldiers would go over the top of the trenches. The Hudson Company was a world famous whistle maker and produced the whistles used for the Titanic WW Maker: Stamp marks pattern 572, J. Hudson & Co. Birmingham.
