WWII British South African Brodie Helmet and Liner Dated 1939
WWII British South African Brodie Helmet and Liner Dated 1939. This Steel Helmet was used in the Desert campaign against Rommel’s Army. Has the original three drill holes to the rear for a nap cloth to be fitted to protect the neck. The overall shell has corrosion but still retains some of the original desert sand camouflage paint, inside full liner which is dated 1939 missing its chinstrap, has corrosion to the outside of the shell, obviously seen action
