A most Beautiful Totally Authentic original example of a Third Reich German Political Armband for the Gau level leadership, a wonderful thick red wool arm band finishing with ribbed white silk circle with separately applied black ribbed swastika with gold edges also carries to the silk roundel. A Double row of fine gold oakleaves to top and bottom edges with red edge piping this indicating for Gau Level for the rank of leader of a post. The reverse side is complete with its original paper RZM label tag and it is also stamped with a black arrow which shows the direction that the arm band needs to be attached to a tunic as apparently, they were sometimes attached the wrong way around! The arm band has three tiny moth nips on the reverse side but other than that it is mint condition.
